Elephant coffee is a grade of coffee bean size - E. This is the largest size of coffee bean. This is a specially selected coffee having a sharp acidity and little body. The coffee beans have been selected because of their shape, resembling Elephants ears. The small bean reflects little body but a sharp acidity bought out by the roasting process.
