This small farm in the centre of Minas Gerias is a haven of shade grown organic coffees. Run by Marcos and Sylvia Croce they have mixed farming with fruit and other crops as well as the coffee. They have spent 5 years improving the coffee to attain high quality. The sons, Philipe & Daniel have worked on cup quality, with Daniel teaching local farmers how to improve their quality to make the crop more profitable.. The coffee is called Bobolink, because this is the name of the bird which stops in this forested area on its migration between North and South America.
