When infused in boiling water, Lemon Verbena willeffectively reduce fever, while also acting as a sedative and aiding indigestion. Originally from South America, lemon verbena is a leafy herb which was brought to Europe in the 17th century from Spanish and Portuguese explorers. The tea it produces has a magnificent citrus and spice flavour and is great throughout the day or night as an instant pick-me-up.
