Grown in the north of Taiwan, Oolong provides a unique flavour for the connoisseur due to its semi-fermentation production process. With an amber liquor known as �liquid sunshine� and a rich, smooth, peachy taste, Oolong contains no tannin. A small quantity brewed for five minutes will produce the best flavour.

Considered a King of Tea across the entire nation of China, and indeed throughout the World, Oolong tea truly deserves its lofty reputation as one of the planet's greatest teas.

With a unique, light flavour, the liquor is a sparkly amber colour with a rich, peachy taste without tannin. Only a small amount of leaves are needed for one brew, and you can usually brew at least twice to prolong the experience.
